Have you searched for Damon Rinards tech pages - hosted by the alte Sheldon Brown at Harris Cyclery now I think.
His spoke length calculator contained a mahhosive table of ERDs. Most likely out of date not though.
As a cyclist and a geek I have been wondering about creating a website for spoke length calculcating but folk like DT Swiss already do that
