PS it's a known fact that we're all one gender in utero until some little thing maims one of the y-chromosome bearing fetus, tragically dooming the bearer to have an entire organ accidentallly slide out ('prolapse') and stay un-tucked in, swinging wildly in the breeze for life. The payoff: endless jokes, plus an entire magazine devoted to this prolapsed organ's adventures (Outcast, which ov course refers to the exile of said organ).
