Someone needs to invent a nose plug.

First century of the year today, and apart from numerous mechanical issues - of which more later - my nose dribbled the whole damned time....

100miles. 6.5 hours. Tak me doon climb (ouchy) and some sketchy traffic in Airdrie on the way back....

It feels sore, but good to have turned circles for a while...but fitness is still a ways off.

6 hours - that was quick - my first century of 2010 took 20 hours to complete ....

Nice one.

I'm trying to do one a month in the run up to the 24 Hrs of Exposure.

The last one was 6 hrs 18 of ride time but an(unintentional)extended cafe stop led to some stiffening up and a hellish final 30 miles to the end.

We are all well.

Pump tracking for sure as soon as I tune up the yard.
Made it out to Ray's Indoor Mountain Bike Park a few months back. What a hoot!

Put in 4 hours in the Scotlandish conditions we had on Sunday. I assume that it rains a fair amount there in the late winter and early spring.
