Just managed to get an hour in today on the rollers...snow deep outside, and a mystery nausea thing yet again. I think i am about to set a record for the most viral nausea bugs in the first 2 months of a year. It seems to have been the temporary self limiting infection de jour at the surgery, so maybe i shouldnt be surprised...
Anyway. Roll on (hahahaha!) tomorrow.
my 30 in 30 stops at day 3. sign fell on my head at work, split it open and gave me concussion and most likely a nice scar, so no riding tomorrow, keep on rollin and keep your quest going.........
ReplyDeleteouch! that would smart...
ReplyDeleterecuperate well..
Ouch!
ReplyDeleteSit on a turbo trainer for an hour ;-)
bloody hell Trev !, what sort of a shithouse outfit are you workin for ??
ReplyDeleteRollers ??, only one step away from turbo hell
I've deliberatly dismantled my turbo to force me out in the fresh air, I hate those things with a passion
it has got me thinking....... if i go for compo for the scar, is it gonna go against me in the future?
ReplyDeletebut, gonna try and force myself out for a bit (dont like turbo's), cant give up yet, especially as i thought id do this 30 in 30 thing as its 9 months since i stopped smoking, and to keep pushing myself to get fitter.
thought i saw you today steve, near old trafford........
no, not me, been around the lanes of Cheshire this evening, I dont go anywhere near Old Trafford unless I'm dragged there ;-)
ReplyDeleteand, to be fair, compensation for something like that is the right thing to do, work places should be safe places, its not like tripping over a pavement and taking the council to the cleaners is it ?
ReplyDeleteyour right about the compo, i will discuss it when im back in,and i dont like going to old trafford either, being from the blue side of manchester, i just have to ride passed it every day on my commute..........nice!
ReplyDeletehead still hurts, no riding today, maybe if i double up tomorrow, does that still count.......
ReplyDeletei made a blog if anyone is interested
